Every child deserves the opportunity to discover their potential.<\/p>\n

Introduced in 2014 as part of SC Global’s presenting sponsorship of the WTA Finals Singapore, SC Global Tennis For Every Child (TFEC) was created to make tennis more accessible to young people while leaving a lasting legacy for the sport in Singapore.<\/p>\n

Watching individuals perform at the highest level reminds us that mastery begins with opportunity. Every champion was once a beginner, inspired to take that first step. Inspired by the values of discipline, perseverance and the pursuit of excellence, the programme sought to introduce children to the game regardless of their background or experience.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

Working in partnership with schools, coaches and the Singapore tennis community, TFEC provided heartland primary schools with equipment, teacher training and after-school enrichment programmes, giving educators the resources and confidence to incorporate mini-tennis into everyday school life. Over five years, the programme reached 26 primary schools and introduced more than 50,000 students to the sport.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Beyond the classroom, annual tennis carnivals brought together students from schools across Singapore, encouraging participation through friendly competition while offering opportunities to attend the WTA Finals and meet some of the world’s leading players. These experiences helped demonstrate that sport has the power not only to inspire, but to build confidence, resilience and lasting memories.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
