For over two decades, art has been an integral part of SC Global’s philosophy of The Ultimate Living<\/em>. Rather than remaining in private collections, works from SC Global\u2019s collection are loaned to selected developments within our portfolio, thoughtfully placed in shared spaces and show galleries, where they become part of the everyday experience of residents and guests. Managed and curated by Seven Palms Resorts Management, the collection is continually refreshed across selected properties, allowing each work to be encountered in new settings and appreciated in different ways.<\/p>\n

We believe art is at its most meaningful when it is lived with\u2014when it becomes part of a morning walk through a garden, the calming arrival home or a moment of reflection at the end of a day.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Through public exhibitions, artist collaborations, partnerships with both cultural institutions and art and design schools, SC Global seeks to make art more accessible while creating opportunities and supporting the next generation of creative talent.<\/p>\n

Guided by a belief that exceptional art and design can spark new ways of thinking, we hope to inspire the next generation of artists and designers to question convention, discover new perspectives and find their own voice.<\/p>\n

Setsu Niseko<\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Inspired by Japan. Rooted in a sense of place.<\/em><\/p>\n

From the mountains that surround it to the artists whose work fills its spaces, Setsu Niseko was conceived as a celebration of place.<\/p>\n

Throughout Setsu Niseko, art is woven into the guest experience. The hotel’s lower ground level has been conceived as a gallery-like corridor, where an extensive collection of works by Japanese artists lines the shared spaces. Many of the artists are from Hokkaido, while Ainu artworks honour the region’s cultural heritage.<\/p>\n

Complementing the collection are specially commissioned works by Kohei Nawa and Yoko Arano, created exclusively for Setsu. Together, they reflect SC Global’s belief that art is not simply displayed, but thoughtfully integrated into the experience of place.<\/p>\n

A is for Andy<\/span><\/h3>\n

Originality begins with the courage to see differently.<\/em><\/p>\n

Inspired by Warhol’s originality and fearless creativity, SC Global presented one of Asia’s first major Andy Warhol exhibitions in 2007, opening the doors to exceptional contemporary art through free public access.<\/p>\n

The exhibition reflected our belief that exposure to great art can inspire the next generation of artists and designers to question convention and find their own voice.<\/p>\n

Leica X Sculptura Ardmore<\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Originality through another lens.<\/em><\/p>\n

Architecture is experienced not only through space, but through perspective. In collaboration with Leica Singapore, budding photographers were invited to interpret Sculptura Ardmore through their own creative lens.<\/p>\n

The resulting exhibition at Raffles Hotel revealed new ways of seeing one of Singapore’s most distinctive residential landmarks, and celebrated originality in both architecture and photography.<\/p>\n

The initiative began with a photography competition inviting amateur photographers to capture Sculptura Ardmore from their own perspective. Finalists and SC Global residents were then invited to a workshop led by Leica professionals before the winning images were exhibited at Raffles Hotel Singapore. The collaboration provided emerging photographers with a platform for recognition while revealing new ways of seeing one of Singapore’s most distinctive residential landmarks.<\/p>\n

Creativity often begins with a blank canvas. Through the SC Global Art Car Project, emerging artists and design students were invited to reimagine the iconic Porsche 911, transforming it into a moving work of art.<\/p>\n

Presented as part of the Singapore Grand Prix festivities, the initiative celebrated originality, encouraged bold ideas and offered young creatives an international platform to share their vision.<\/p>\n

ISM : The Art of Modern Living<\/span><\/h3>\n

Where conversations with art began<\/em><\/p>\n

To celebrate the launch of the Lincoln Modern in 2002, SC Global commissioned eight of the world\u2019s most promising young artists to explore their own interpretation of The Ultimate Living.<\/em><\/p>\n

The resulting exhibition, ~ ISM: the art of modern living, which included works by pioneering pixel art studio Eboy, marked the beginning of a philosophy that continues today\u2014one where art and architecture exist side by side and creativity is seen as an essential part of the places we create.<\/p>\n

Every philosophy begins with a question.<\/em><\/p>\n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n
