BNP Paribas WTA Finals Singapore presented by SC Global
SC Global signed a five-year presenting sponsorship agreement with WTA for the 2014 – 2018 BNP Paribas WTA Championships Singapore. Often referred to as the fifth grand slam, the 10-day sports and entertainment spectacle included eight days of competition with the world’s top eight singles and doubles players, alongside a Gala Dinner, Live Concert, WTA Rising Stars and Future Stars Tournament, WTA Legends Classic, Tennis Coaching Conference, Fanzone and community activities.
Widely regarded as the finest edition of the WTA Finals Tournament to-date, the event won the ‘Best International Sporting Event’ at the Singapore Sports Awards for two consecutive years in 2015 and 2016.

SC Global Tennis for Every Child
We believe in being an active and community-minded sponsor; SC Global’s development of a community tennis programme provided greater access to the sport, and increased participation in local schools, with the aim of inspiring new home-grown talents.
The “SC Global’s Tennis For Every Child” programme was created in 2014 with the aim of increasing participation in primary schools, through both the PE curriculum and afterschool enrichment programmes. Promoting Tennis for Every Child through a professional school programme is just one of the many ways that SC Global worked together with WTA to ensure that the Finals had a positive impact on Singaporeans and left a lasting legacy on the sport in Singapore.
