Martin No.38 recreates the high volumes, industrial aestheticism, and seamless spaces reminiscent of converted warehouse lofts of New York and London. The unconventional interiors of the 91 apartments feature raw concrete, base metal finishes, and natural timbers seamlessly integrated with the meticulous detailing that has become the hallmark of the brand.
Located at the front of the building, the commercial space of Martin No.38 is designed with a restaurant and professionally managed fitness facility to enhance the hip and active lifestyle of the residents.
In 2012, Martin No.38 was awarded the World’s Best Housing at the World Architecture Festival. That same year it received the President’s Design Award 2012, was named Building of the Year, and conferred a Design Award within the residential category at the 12th SIA Architectural Design Awards 2012.
