SC Global Developments was set up in 1996 by Simon Cheong. Trained as a civil engineer at the University of Washington, and with over 40 years of experience in real estate, banking, and international finance, Simon set up SC Global with a clear vision to develop a luxury real estate brand that was seen as more than just a commodity builder. Positioning the SC Global brand as a creator of luxury lifestyles, early projects like The Ladyhill and Thr3e Thre3 Robin cemented recognition of the Group’s brand values. Confident in the knowledge that the brand name had proven itself, these early projects along with Simon’s deep commitment to quality and original design allowed the Group to push out the frontiers of possibility with more ambitious projects like The Marq on Paterson Hill and Sculptura Ardmore.<\/p>\n

Understanding that a beautifully crafted space plays an important role in achieving absolute comfort and well-being. Simon\u2019s focus on authenticity has created a brand recognised for its quieter interpretation of luxury centred on privacy and sensitivity in design, where less is often more. True to these more intimate values of luxury that are more relevant than ever before, the Group continues to evolve whilst protecting the values that underpin an SC Global home. Expansion into new overseas hotel and resort projects in Japan and Bali under the Seven Palms Resort brand fulfils Simon\u2019s long-term vision to raise the bar on fine living with its deep understanding of luxury and uncompromising attention to detail.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
